Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order with love. Please allow 2 business days for us to process and package your items before shipment.

Shipping Times

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–5 business days

  • Canada: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on the carrier and your location.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a confirmation letting you know your package is on the way. You can use the tracking link to follow your order until it arrives at your doorstep/mailbox.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier. Unfortunately, we’re unable to replace or refund orders that are lost or stolen after they are marked as shipped.

If you run into any issues, we recommend contacting the carrier directly—they can provide the most accurate updates. Of course, you’re always welcome to reach out to us as well, and we’ll do our best to guide you.

Return Policy

We hope you love your new piece, but if it’s not the perfect fit, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, just contact us with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Guarantee Policy

We take pride in offering high-quality jewelry, and every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio to ensure it meets our standards.

Please check your jewelry as soon as it arrives. If you notice any production defects, just contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order and we’ll be happy to help.

After the 2-week period, or if the jewelry becomes damaged through regular wear, we unfortunately cannot offer repairs or replacements.
